Maryland Community Enhancement Transit-Oriented Development Fund

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Community Enhancement Transit-Oriented Development Fund for specified purposes; providing that the Fund is a special, nonlapsing fund administered by the Secretary of Housing and Community Development; providing for the contents and uses of the Fund; authorizing financial assistance to be provided to qualified recipients in specified areas from the Fund in specified manners; requiring the Secretary to provide financial assistance from the Fund in consultation with specified persons; etc.
