Synopsis:

Establishing the Joint Oversight Committee on Emergency Medical Services; providing for the membership, terms, and staffing of the Committee; providing for the appointment of alternating chairs of the Committee; specifying the duties of the Committee; requiring the Committee to report to the General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year; and terminating the Act at the end of September 30, 2013.
