Environment - Wetlands and Waterways Program Fees - Aquaculture

Synopsis:

Exempting aquacultural activities for which the Department of Natural Resources has issued a permit from a requirement to pay application fees under the Wetlands and Waterways Program; and requiring that the Aquaculture Coordinating Council report to the Department of the Environment and the General Assembly by October 1, 2013, on the status of commercial aquaculture and the fiscal impact of the fee exemption.
