Health Occupations - Morticians and Funeral Directors - Licenses

Synopsis:

Requiring an applicant for a funeral director's license to pass the arts and sciences State board examinations administered by the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards of the United States; and requiring the Maryland State Board of Morticians and Funeral Directors to advise applicants for specified licenses that a license issued by the Board does not guarantee that the applicant will be allowed to practice in any other state.
