Codifying provisions relating to the Washington County Advisory School Design Review Committee; requiring the Washington County Board of Education to provide a schedule of project milestones to the Committee at a specified time; authorizing the Committee to submit comments to the Washington County Board of Education; requiring the Washington County Board of Education to accept, reject, or modify the Committee's comments during a regularly scheduled public meeting; etc.
