Synopsis:

Requiring that, to the extent practicable, the members of the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System and of the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Teachers and State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans reasonably reflect the geographic, racial, ethnic, cultural, and gender diversity of the State.
