Establishing that a member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board is not entitled to compensation or reimbursement to attend a specified hearing; authorizing the Board to adopt regulations for the approval of attorney's fees for representation before the Office of Administrative Hearings; requiring the Board to provide a report to a specified claimant and a specified attorney; etc.
