Property Tax - Exemption for Disabled Public Health Service and NOAA Officers and Surviving Spouses

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "disabled veteran" for purposes of a property tax exemption for dwelling houses owned by disabled veterans or the surviving spouses of disabled veterans or individuals who died in line of duty in the active military, naval, or air service of the United States; applying the Act to tax years beginning after June 30, 2010; etc.
