Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Class B-AE (Arts and Entertainment) License

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's County to issue a Class B-AE (arts and entertainment) beer, wine and liquor license; specifying that the license may be issued only to an establishment in the arts and entertainment district as approved by the City Council; specifying that the license may be issued for consumption of alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises only; prohibiting a person from holding more than two licenses; providing for a $2,750 annual license fee; etc.
