Synopsis:

Requiring chain restaurants to provide specified nutrition information for standard menu items; establishing how the nutrition information is to be determined; requiring the nutrition information to be displayed in a specified manner; authorizing a local health department to enforce the Act; providing for civil penalties; etc.
