Requiring the State Department of Education to review the Alternate Maryland School Assessment (ALT-MSA) on or before July 1, 2011; requiring the Department to survey specified teachers regarding satisfaction, or lack thereof, of the ALT-MSA, solicit recommendations, and consider courses of action as part of a specified review; etc.
