Identity Fraud - Uniform Reporting Form

Synopsis:

Requiring the Police Training Commission, in cooperation with the Office of the Attorney General, the Governor's Office of Crime Control and Prevention, and the Federal Trade Commission, to develop a uniform reporting form for identity fraud that makes transmitted data available for use by State and local law enforcement agencies by a specified date and that may authorize that identity fraud data be transmitted to a specified program in the Federal Trade Commission; etc.
