Applications for Certificates of Need - Notice to and Involvement of Bordering Counties

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Health Care Commission to give notice of the filing of specified applications for a certificate of need that relates to a hospital to members of the governing body of each county that borders on the county where the action is planned; and requiring the Commission to adopt regulations to make participating entity status available to specified local health departments; etc.
