State Retirement and Pension System - Reemployment Earnings Limitation - Exemptions

Synopsis:

Increasing the maximum average final compensation from $10,000 to $25,000 that retirees of the Employees' Retirement and Pension System must have at the time of retirement in order to be exempt from a reemployment earnings limitation.
