Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force to Study Creation of the Maryland Center for School Safety; providing that a member of the Task Force may not receive compensation but may be reimbursed for specified expenses; requiring the Task Force to study establishing a clearinghouse for information and materials concerning school safety and developing a school safety training program, and to report findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before July 1, 2011; etc.
