Residential Child Care Facilities - Incident Reporting - Interagency Workgroup

Synopsis:

Establishing a specified interagency workgroup to develop a uniform incident reporting system and to recommend specified regulations; requiring the interagency workgroup to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor's Office for Children, the Governor, and the General Assembly on or before September 1, 2011; etc.
