Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners to conduct unannounced inspections of the offices of podiatrists against whom a specified complaint has been filed with the Board, to determine compliance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's guidelines on universal precautions.
