Identity Fraud Crimes - Restitution

Synopsis:

Expanding the circumstances under which a court is authorized to order restitution to include financial damage or loss incurred as a result of identity fraud; authorizing a court to accept an identity fraud restitution affidavit as competent evidence; requiring specified State's Attorneys to consult with the Office of the Attorney General under specified circumstances; requiring the Office of the Attorney General to develop an identity fraud restitution affidavit; etc.
