Synopsis:

Prohibiting members or former members of the State Police Retirement System who are charged with committing specified criminal offenses from applying for a special disability retirement allowance; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to temporarily suspend the application process for a special disability retirement allowance under specified circumstances; requiring the Board of Trustees to terminate a special disability application process under specified circumstances; etc.
