Altering the timing of a specified reimbursement to specified
accumulation funds for specified administrative and operational
expenses of the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension
System and the State Retirement Agency; requiring the Board of
Trustees to send specified certifications and notifications of the
amounts payable by local employers for administrative and operational
expenses of the Board of Trustees and the State Retirement Agency on
or before February 1 of each year; etc.
