Blind Industries and Services - Procurement Preference - Exception

Synopsis:

Creating an exception to the requirement that the State or a State aided or controlled entity buy supplies and services from the Blind Industries and Services of Maryland under specified circumstances for supplies or services available at a 10% price preference; and requiring the State or a State aided or controlled entity that obtains supplies or services under the exception to report the procurement to the Secretary of General Services in a specified manner.
