State Retirement and Pension System - Transfer of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Providing that specified members of the Employees' Pension System may transfer specified service credit from the State Contributory Law Enforcement Officers' Modified Pension Benefit in a specified manner; providing that specified members of the Employees' Pension System who transfer service credit from the State Contributory Law Enforcement Officers' Modified Pension Benefit are not responsible for the payment of specified contributions and interest for specified creditable service; etc.
