Synopsis:

Authorizing a cemetery to initiate proceedings for the forfeiture of the right to interment under specified circumstances; requiring the Office of Cemetery Oversight to review and approve all forfeiture proceedings; requiring a cemetery that initiates a proceeding for the forfeiture of the right to interment to provide a specified notice and to file specified information with the Office; authorizing an owner or family member of the owner of a right to interment to suspend specified forfeiture proceedings in a specified manner; etc.
