Establishing a specified pilot program to enhance Maryland Medical Assistance Program services; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to administer the pilot program; requiring the pilot program to provide specified services to a specified number of individuals; requiring the pilot program to include the development of a specified system, specified care coordination and programs, a network of specified practitioners and hospitals, and the development of a specified training institute; etc.
