Synopsis:

Authorizing a specified alternative financing method for construction of a public school or a capital improvement; authorizing a county board of education to establish an independent nonprofit entity or enter into contracts with nonprofit entities for specified construction or capital improvement; requiring the Board of Public Works to adopt regulations concerning the health and safety of the occupants of a public school building during construction or capital improvement; altering definitions; etc.
