Pregnancy Outcomes - Confidential Statistical Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a hospital or facility in which a pregnancy is terminated to report the pregnancy termination to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; requiring a physician who provides specified medical care to submit a specified report to the Department; requiring the Department to submit a specified annual report to the Governor and General Assembly; providing for specified penalties; requiring the Department to adopt specified regulations; etc.
