Procurement - State Motor Vehicles - Purchase Requirement

Synopsis:

Requiring that the standards for the purchase of motor vehicles by the State be based on the lowest possible environmental impact of the motor vehicle; requiring the State to purchase electric or electric- hybrid motor vehicles; specifying an exception; and repealing a specified standard for the purchase of motor vehicles for State use.
