Synopsis:

Authorizing the Department of Business and Economic Development, under specified circumstances, to grant an extension to specified small businesses for compliance with regulations adopted by Executive Branch agencies; requiring a small business, in order to be granted an extension, to prepare a specified economic impact analysis and a specified plan for compliance with the regulations; requiring the small business to submit specified documents to the Department; etc.
