Frederick County - Adult Detention Center - Processing and Administrative Fees

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Sheriff of Frederick County to charge a processing fee, not to exceed $10, and a general educational development administrative fee, not to exceed $25, for specified individuals in the Frederick County Adult Detention Center; and prohibiting juveniles from being charged the administrative fee authorized by the Act.
