State Finance and Procurement - Special Funds - Diversity

Synopsis:

Requiring that the investments of specified special funds reflect the diversity of the State; prohibiting specified special funds from receiving fees from the public unless the industry that benefits from the special fund has ownership that reflects the diversity of the State and the industry has specified opportunities to achieve minority business goals; requiring the Governor's Office of Minority Affairs to determine by regulation the requirements necessary to reflect the diversity of the State; requiring a specified report; etc.
