Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to establish and maintain a Foreclosed Property Registry for specified property; requiring specified foreclosure purchasers to register specified residential property and to pay specified fees under specified circumstances; authorizing a local jurisdiction to enact a local law to impose a specified civil penalty for a specified violation of the Act; imposing limits on access to the Foreclosed Property Registry; etc.
