Authorizing the Elevator Safety Review Board to establish specified
fees for the application, issuance, and renewal of licenses issued to
specified accessibility lift mechanics; requiring the Board to adopt
specified regulations to certify a licensed accessibility life
mechanic as an accessibility lift mechanic specialist; requiring a
person to be licensed by the Board as an accessibility lift mechanic
before providing specified services; establishing requirements for an
applicant for an accessibility lift mechanic license; etc.
