State Personnel - Grievances - Inclusion of Disputes about Counseling Memoranda
Altering the definition of "grievance", for purposes of provisions of
law governing grievance procedures for specified employees in the
State Personnel Management System, to include a dispute about a
counseling memorandum issued to a specified State employee; and
repealing a provision of law that prohibits a specified State employee
from taking specified action in response to a counseling memorandum.
