Vehicle Laws - Death of Vehicle Owner - Certificate of Title Fee

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration, upon the death of a sole or joint owner of a vehicle, from charging a fee for the issuance of a new certificate of title for the deceased's vehicle if the new certificate of title is issued to specified persons.
