Department of Health and Mental Hygiene - Facilities Capital Program - State's Right of Recovery

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, on receipt of a written request from the recipient of funds disbursed for a specified project or facility or the owner of a specified property, to prepare and send to the requestor a written estimate that includes specified information; authorizing the Department to require that a specified request include a copy of an appraisal of a specified property prepared within a specified period of time; etc.
