Procurement - Community Service Providers - Executive Compensation - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring a community service provider that participates in the Employment Works Program in a given year to prepare a report of all federally taxable compensation paid to executives of the community service provider during the year and submit the report to the Secretary of General Services and specified committees of the General Assembly.
