Death Penalty - Evidentiary Requirements - Murder in the First Degree Committed in a Correctional Facility

Synopsis:

Establishing that the requirement that a defendant found guilty of murder in the first degree may be sentenced to death only if the State presents specified evidence does not apply if the defendant committed the murder while confined in a correctional facility.
