Commercial Law - Uniform Commercial Code - Revisions to Title 1
Revising, updating, reorganizing, and clarifying Title 1 of the
Maryland Uniform Commercial Code (MUCC) relating to general provisions

transactions to which Title 1 of the MUCC applies; providing for the
