Establishing the Career Pathways Program in the Division of Employment and Training in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing for the Program's purpose and priorities; requiring the Director of the Division to make grants for specified projects; requiring the Director to adopt regulations; establishing the Career Pathways Fund as a special, nonlapsing fund; specifying the purpose of the Fund; etc.
