Synopsis:

Authorizing intended parents, gamete donors, and a prospective gestational carrier to enter into a specified gestational agreement under specified circumstances; authorizing a gestational agreement to contain specified provisions; requiring a provider to provide each participant involved in an assisted reproduction with a specified notice containing specified information; etc.
