Portable Electronics Insurance
Repealing a limitation on the authority of a vendor of portable
electronics insurance to sell coverage under a policy of portable
electronics insurance; altering the circumstances under which a vendor
that collects premiums for portable electronics insurance need not
keep the premiums in a segregated account; providing an exception to a
specified requirement to itemize premiums and charges; altering
information that must be submitted to the Maryland Insurance
Commissioner; etc.
