Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to convene a Work Group on Health Care Case Management for At-Risk Juveniles in the State; providing for the membership and staffing of the Work Group; providing for the designation of the chair of the Work Group; providing for the duties of the Work Group; requiring the Secretary to make a specified report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before January 1, 2013; etc.
