Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to establish a pilot program for dyslexia and related disorder testing; requiring the Department to recommend appropriate testing methods and appropriate services to a student identified as having dyslexia or a related disorder; permitting a county board to participate in the program according to specified requirements; etc.
