Senior Call-Check Service Program - Establishment

Synopsis:

Requiring the Public Service Commission to establish and maintain the Senior Call-Check Service Program; requiring specified telephone companies to place a specified sequence of telephone calls to specified subscribers free of charge; authorizing the telephone company to coordinate with specified entities that already provide the service; authorizing the Commission to adjust specified rates; requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations; and immunizing specified Program participants from specified liability.
