Requiring the State Department of Education to supervise the provision of supplemental educational services in the State; requiring the Department to assist county boards of education in developing specified funding applications in a specified manner, develop a specified process for the approval of supplemental educational services providers, provide a specified notice to potential providers, maintain a list of State-approved providers, and repeal the approval of a specified provider; etc.
