Synopsis:

Altering the definition of a "police officer" to include a member of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Metro Transit Police under specified provisions of law prohibiting impersonating a police officer; authorizing a person to have, use, wear, or display a uniform, badge, or specified other articles worn by the WMATA Metro Transit Police only with specified authorization; etc.
