Synopsis:

Altering a specified provision to prohibit a driver from fleeing and eluding a police officer if the officer is in a police vehicle meeting specified criteria; reclassifying specified offenses relating to fleeing and eluding as a felony; altering a specified offense to include a specified act of fleeing and eluding a police officer that poses a risk of imminent bodily injury; etc.
