Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from selling or distributing or offering to sell or distribute a flavored cigar; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; authorizing the Comptroller to deny a license to a specified applicant, reprimand a specified licensee, or suspend or revoke a specified license if the applicant or licensee sells or distributes cigars in violation of a provision of the Act; etc.
