Providing an additional modification under the Maryland individual and corporation income tax for an increase in the fair market value of a professional sports franchise directly or indirectly attributable to the relocation of the franchise to Maryland from another state; providing a subtraction modification for gain recognized on the sale or exchange of a professional sports franchise to the extent the addition modification has been previously required; applying the Act to taxable years after 1995; etc.
