Synopsis:

Authorizing the Baltimore City Board of License Commissioners, by regulation, to restrict the hours and days for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages in an area of the City that is bounded on the south by 31st Street, on the east by Greenmount Avenue, on the north by 32nd Street, and on the west by Barclay Street; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Baltimore City.
